2x cups of baking soda, 1 cup corn starch, blue food colouring, green paint
A flashlight
Oil, butter, leek, carrots, celery, 400g white fish, 250g smoked salmon, 3 cups unshelled mussels, 1.5l chicken stock, 400ml cream, corn starch, salt & pepper
A clear, heatsafe jar, a wax cube or crayon, 1-2 cups of clean sand
OPTIONAL: a real lobster to dissect
